Our residential architectural color specification services are for homeowners and residential real estate professionals. We specify all manner of color, material, surface, fixtures and finishes on custom home builds, home refreshes, real estate listings, and partial or full renovations.
LFB Color melds the worlds of construction, architecture and design to make color, material and finish decisions that include: paint, counter tops, flooring, wall coverings, plumbing and lighting fixtures, stains and upholstery fabrics. Where color choices must be made, there you will find us. We also design color schemes for use in home decor selections.

Why don’t i see a fee structure anywhere?
All of our packages are customized to the client’s needs, and no two projects are the same, so this renders it impossible to publish a general fee structure.

You have three options.
Request a proposal directly using the link below. This is our initial contact where you explain to the best of your ability the scope and timeline of your project. We then can supply a proposal within 2 business days.
I also offer a preliminary $97 package HERE to discuss the project scope and offer general direction. This 30-minute video call is ideal for those of you who just need a few questions answered and want to pick my brain on the color design direction you should take.
This option is for residential realtors! You may schedule a video walkthrough of a pending or recent home listing. Book the $75 package here. Together we take a 15- to 30-minute Zoom or FaceTime tour of the home’s interior and exterior. I offer quick staging and home improvement tips that won’t break the bank, but that WILL enhance the listing and facilitate a quicker, higher sale!

We are equipped with the latest and most up to date information on paint colors, trends, applications and materials sourcing for the interior and exterior of your home.
